Cheese Club

Sound like a club you’d like to be part of? We’ve got you covered. We are here to provide you with a stress-free way to try new cheese every month, the Beautiful Rind Cheese Club. Every month we curate three deliciously themed cheeses and a house-made accompaniment. Customize it with the addition of crackers, charcuterie and/or wine. You’ll also learn while you yum, with a monthly info sheet telling you about the month’s theme and selections. We’ve also expanded our clubs to include a tinned fish club and a chocolate club (cheese optional).

We offer pickup and Chicagoland delivery through our partnership with Table22. Through this partnership, you can sign up for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or flexible ongoing subscriptions. Need to skip a month or change things up? Just use your online portal to change before the end of the month prior.

Pickups begin on the 2nd Wednesday of the month… we’ll see you then!

Club FAQs

  • We offer three different clubs:

    Cheese Club: 3 different cheeses (1/3-1/2 lb of each), accompanied by a curated addition such as a house-made jam.

    Conservas Club: 3-4 curated tins of fish, shellfish, or mollusks, including special club-only selections.

    Chocolate Club: 3-5 curated chocolate bars, including special club-only selections.

    You can also customize your club by selecting:

    Wine: Select from 1 or 2 bottles chosen by our beverage director.

    Cracker Pairing: A cheesemonger-selected and curated pack of crackers or other cheese delivery vehicles paired with each month's cheeses.

    Charcuterie Pairing: A cheesemonger-selected and curated charcuterie item, such as whole or packaged salumi, pâté, ham, or other cured meats.

  • Pickups are available beginning on the 2nd Wednesday of each month and continue for 10 days (excluding Monday). Pickup is at Beautiful Rind during business hours listed at the bottom of the page.

    If you are unable to pickup during that window, please let us know prior to the beginning of the month.

    Our partners, Table22, offer delivery to a Chicago and most of the nearby suburbs. See our page for a map and to confirm address availability for a small additional fee each month. Delivery occurs two days after club pickups begin for the month. Adult, 21+ with valid ID, must be present at the time of delivery per Illinois law.

    Sorry, out of concern for quality, we presently do not ship our clubs or other items via mail, UPS, or FedEx.

  • We are able to accommodate the following dietary requests if notified at least 1 week prior to pickup:

    Cheese Club: No tree nuts, shellfish, fish, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, sesame, alcohol, and no unpasteurized cheese.

    Chocolate: No eggs, shellfish, fish, wheat, sesame, and alcohol.

    Conservas: No milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

    Cracker addition: All major allergens except wheat and egg. While we offer gluten-free crackers. Please note that if gluten-free is requested, may not change each month.

    Charcuterie addition: All major allergens, except milk. While we offer beef and allium free salumi in store, we are unable to offer these in our club due to limited availability.

  • We offer the same high-quality items in our club that have established us as one of the country's leading cheese shops. Each month, our ACS Certified Cheese Professionals thoughtfully select and curate a unique theme for our offerings. Along with our delightful selections, members receive an informative download that captures the same friendly and engaging tone you experience in our shop. Rest assured, you won’t receive subpar products or second-rate items in our club. We frequently feature exclusive one-off cheeses and give our club members the first taste of new or special cheeses.
