Enhance your journey with optional charcuterie, wine, beer pairings, and non-alcoholic beverage pairings are available to complete your experience.

Reservations are required for this guided tasting and are available by clicking the link below. Please allow approximately 2 hours for this meal-sized feast of cheese. To allow time to prepare your tasting, reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and changes/cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of your booking.   • With at least 48 hour notice, we can accommodate most dietary restrictions. If requesting all pasteurized cheeses, please note that the tasting selections may vary from your fellow guests. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate milk allergies.

  • The cheesemonger will pace your tasitng upon your group’s needs. For most people, the tasting lasts around two hours, though some have completed in as few as an hour and half while more leisurely eaters can take up to three hours. If you have a time restriction, please let us know at the beginning of our meal and we will adjust the pacing accordingly.

  • We recommend treating this as a meal. In addition to ten cheeses, you’ll also have 10 paired accompaniments and bread. For most this is a larger meal.

  • Absolutely! Your group of up to 9 people may book on the link below. For larger groups, we also offer our private classroom space. Please email info@beautifulrind.com at least two weeks prior to discuss booking the private room for a Cheesemonger Guided Tasting.

  • The cheesemonger guided tasting has a few differences from our classes:

    • It is available to schedule anytime Tuesday-Sunday, 11:30-7pm. Our classes have set times.

    • The guided tasting features 10 cheeses, our classes normally feature 5.

    • The Guided Tasting allows for more socializing with your tablemates. Classes are generally more information dense, hour long guided tastings.

    • Cheesemonger Guided Tastings are more flexible, as you may change your reservation time up to 48 hours in advance.

    While we love our class program, the Cheesemonger Tastings are great if you have a specific day/time, wish to have a private tasting for a smaller group, or are looking for a special experience.

  • Absolutely! However our gift cards do not work directly in the Tock booking portal. To book, please email info@beautifulrind.com with your desired date, time, party size, gift card number, and any dietary restrictions. We will handle the booking from there.
